The Republic of Moldova has exceeded 100,000 cases of COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic. Another 1570 infections, recorded on Wednesday.
In the last 24 hours, 3968 tests were performed, of which 3549 primary and 419 repeated. Of the total number of cases, six are imported, of which three from Romania and one each from the Czech Republic, France and the Russian Federation.
Another 50 beds for patients hospitalized with COVID-19 will be assigned to The Dermatology and Communicable Diseases Hospital
According to the Ministry of Health, municipal and republican institutions are more crowded than district ones, but if necessary patients are redirected to medical institutions where there are free beds.
